Lioneel was born in San Francisco and raised in Fort Worth. His passion for the restaurant business began at Outback Steakhouse when he was 15 years old. He began as a busboy and worked on the line in the kitchen, as a host and eventually as a server. His career has included such fine dining establishments as Lonesome Dove, Texas de Brazil and Del Frisco’s where he worked with Adam for 5 years. In 2008, he jumped at the opportunity to help open Grace as Head Trainer. Lioneel has enjoyed every aspect of the restaurant business and was able to pursue his love of wine by joining the management team as sommelier in 2012. One of his favorite things is the look on a guest’s face when he has paired the perfect wine with their meal.
