Jenny Kornblum has been an integral part of the Fort Worth restaurant scene for the past fifteen years, leaving her distinctive mark at several local favorites including Randalls', Saint Emilion, and Sapristi! Bistro and Wine Bar. Jenny has honed her skills working with some of Fort Worth’s fine-dining greats like Maitre d’ hotel Chuck Lee and restaurateur Bernard Tronche. Prior to joining the staff at Grace, Jenny spent eight years managing Sapristi!, combining her passions for food, wine, and fun to thoughtfully craft one of the city’s most unique and desirable wine experiences. Jenny has earned citywide recognition and multiple awards, including “Best Hostess” and creating Fort Worth’s “Best Wine List”. Jenny is blessed with an unerring palate memory and enjoys skillfully guiding her guests through the world of wine.
