Daniel Miller has joined the team at Grace after spending over 10 years in the hospitality industry in Fort Worth. Daniel has devoted much of the last decade to studying liquor, beer, food and wine. He loves to share that information with anyone who wants to broaden their dining horizons. Daniel passed the advanced certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2015 after years of study and is continuing his daily studies so he can accomplish higher goals. He loves all styles and types of food and drink, with a special affinity for Scotch whisky, Italian reds and Champagne.
